Grilled Ham Steaks
Grilled Ham Steak is a super simple dinner that can be prepped and on the table in under 30-minutes! The grill lends a little smoke to the ham that is spiced with BBQ rub and glazed with apricot preserves.

Instructions
Season both sides of the ham steaks with the pork rub.
Clean and oil grill. Preheat the grill to 350-375 degrees.
Place the ham steaks on direct heat for a few minutes to sear and mark the steak. Flip, and repeat the process.
Leaving two burners on, move the meat to the other side of the grill to glaze using indirect heat.
Grill for about ten minutes flipping half way through.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
