This easy Philly Cheesesteak sandwich recipe is the ticket for a quick weeknight meal. Made with frozen Steakumm's 100% beef sandwich steaks these are a budget-friendly meal plus they are easy to have on hand whenever you need them!

Instructions
Add a small amount of cooking oil to a preheated Blackstone griddle. The griddle should be about 325- to 350-degrees. Add the sliced green peppers and onions to flat top. Toss with Creole seasoning then salt and pepper to taste. Cook until browned and softened. Remove to baking dish.
Add the beef steaks to the griddle. Add as many as will fit. Cook until mostly brown then flip. Cook until no longer pink. Remove to dish with vegetables.
Using two knives cut the cooked beef so the meat is chopped. Toss with cooked vegetables.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
