Smoked Chicken Wings are easy and really show your guests that you know how to up your game! Coat with your favorite rub or seasoning then finish with hot sauce or BBQ sauce.
If desired, remove tips from the wings. Also, separate the drums from the wings if desired.
Prepare smoker wih a target temperature of 225-250 degrees. It will take about 2 - 3 hours to cook on the grill. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165-degrees.
When the chicken is done or almost done, brush with sauce, and then cook an additional 20 minutes.
Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for up to one week.

Note: I like to use apple or pecan wood to smoke my wings.
